Maternal Health Coaching

Six months of one-on-one support to help you feel more steady in your body, clearer in your decisions, and more supported through pregnancy and early motherhood

During pregnancy and early motherhood, you’re expected to manage your health, make complex decisions, prepare your home, and navigate a profound shift in identity—often with very little consistent support.

This became deeply personal for me during my own experience of pregnancy and postpartum.

Despite doing everything “right”—researching, preparing, building a team—I still found myself navigating unexpected challenges and realizing just how much of this I had to figure out on my own.

There were moments when I didn’t need more information. I needed someone to help me connect the dots and stay with me as everything else was shifting.

That’s what this work is rooted in.

I understand what you’re going through, because I’ve been there.

What becomes possible with the right support.

The Consistent Care You Deserve

Most care during this season is fragmented—numerous appointments, multiple specialists—each focused on one piece of the picture.

But no one is holding the full picture with you.

No one is consistently connecting the dots, helping you make sense of what’s happening, or walking with you through the in-between moments.

This is where my work comes in.

I provide consistent, one-on-one support—starting during pregnancy, postpartum, or across both.

It’s personalized, ongoing care that adapts as your needs evolve.

The health of the mother shapes the health of the family—and, in turn, the well-being of everything it holds.

When a mother is supported, informed, and well cared for, that stability extends outward—to her child, her family, and the life she’s building.

This work is about supporting the woman at the center of it all, in a way that strengthens the whole.

The Details

This six-month, one-on-one support experience is designed to meet you where you are and evolve with you over time.

We’ll focus on three core areas:

  • Integrative Health Management

  • Family Planning & Career Transition

  • Sustained Well-Being & Identity Support

This work is designed to support both the practical preparation and the deeper personal shifts that come with becoming a mother.

You can begin during pregnancy—often around the midpoint—or at any point during your first year postpartum.

Pillars

  • Your body is doing a tremendous amount of work during pregnancy and postpartum, and it can be difficult to know what’s normal, what deserves attention, and where to start when something feels off.

This pillar focuses on helping you make sense of your health in a way that feels clear and manageable—especially when you’re navigating more complex or high-touch needs like gestational diabetes. Together, we’ll look at what’s happening in your body, what support might be missing, and what feels most important right now.

    This may include:

    • Identifying health priorities and concerns

    • Navigating blood sugar challenges with practical, day-to-day support

    • Simplifying nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle decisions

    • Making sense of symptoms and patterns in your body

    • Preparing for medical appointments and understanding your options

    • Support related to thyroid, digestion, and other common maternal health concerns

The goal is not perfection. It’s helping you feel more informed, more supported, and more able to respond to your health with clarity and care.

  • Health is shaped by more than what’s happening physically. It’s also shaped by your workload, your home environment, the support you have around you, and how prepared you feel for what’s ahead.

This pillar focuses on the practical planning that can reduce stress and make the transition into motherhood feel more manageable.

    This may include:

    • Preparing your home for the baby’s arrival

    • Thoughtful baby gear guidance and resource recommendations

    • Planning parental leave and return-to-work transitions

    • Creating realistic systems and backup plans for your family

    • Navigating the competing demands of work, partnership, and caregiving

This is about creating more support in the parts of life that directly affect your well-being—even when they aren’t always labeled as “health.”

  • Motherhood changes more than your body. It can shift your routines, your priorities, your relationships, your sense of self, and the way you move through the world.

This pillar creates space to process those changes and move through them with support.

    This may include:

    • Navigating postpartum recovery and the emotional reality of early motherhood

    • Making space for rest, nourishment, and realistic self-care

    • Processing identity shifts and changing priorities

    • Reconnecting with what matters most to you in this season

    • Building a more sustainable, compassionate rhythm for daily life

The goal here is not to “bounce back.” It’s to help you feel more like yourself again—while also getting to know the version of you that’s emerging now.

My Approach

I bring structure to what can feel overwhelming—helping you organize information, make clear decisions, and put practical systems in place that support your daily life.

I also make space for the parts of this season that can’t be solved with a checklist—the identity shifts, the emotional complexity, and the moments that require more reflection than action.

This balance allows you to move forward with both clarity and flexibility, supported in a way that feels steady and human.

FAQs

  • Motherhood doesn’t unfold all at once, and neither does healing or adjustment. Six months allows time to understand your needs, put meaningful support in place, and adapt as this season evolves.

  • Yes. After the initial six months, there’s the option to continue working together based on the level of support you need.

  • You can begin at any point, but many people choose to start around the midpoint of pregnancy, once initial appointments and early decisions are underway.

  • Not at all. Many challenges—physical, emotional, and logistical—become more apparent after birth. This work can be just as valuable, if not more so, during postpartum.

  • This work complements your medical care, but does not replace it.

While your providers focus on clinical care, I help you interpret information, make decisions, and translate guidance into daily life in a way that feels manageable and aligned with your needs.

  • This work is grounded in my experience supporting women and mothers, while recognizing that pregnancy and parenting unfold across many identities and family structures.

If this approach doesn’t feel like the right fit for your experience, I’m always happy to help connect you with someone who may be better aligned.
